Terms & Conditions

1) Payment term: upfront / 28 days (upon credit approval)

2) Freight: CIF/FOB depending on customer location

3) Quotation validity: 7 days

4) Minimum invoice: Depending on customer location, ranging from BRL 500 to BRL 5000

5) Stock subject to change at time of order confirmation

6) Most of the products sold are imported, therefore, due to the exchange rate variation of the currency of origin, the prices offered are subject to change at the time of order confirmation.

7) Order cancellations will only be accepted if communicated within 48 hours of placing the order.

8) The delivery times given are indicative, based on average service terms. We reserve the right to change delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as unavailability of stock at international suppliers, customs nationalization issues (red/yellow channels, strikes, licensing deadlines, etc).
